Connecting SX900, NP31 and StudioLogic Foot pedals

Hi every one.
I wish to connect my SX900, NP31 and StudioLogic Foot Pedals. This was possible with the T5, NP31 an other foot pedals, which was produced by Leigh Wilbraham via the Yamaha club a few years ago.
Unfortunately, my knowledge of midi is somewhat limited and I find it a little difficult translating T5 midi layout to the SX900.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful
